Email communications policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026.

This is a translation of the Spanish original. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains how the editorial communications of arielpfeffer.com work.

1. What you may receive

If you subscribe, you may receive:

New Autopsias del Deseo. Shortened or early versions. Editorial findings. Reflections on desire, replaceability and business architecture. Occasional invitations directly related to the project.

No artificial discounts, false urgency or third-party communications disguised as editorial content will be sent.

2. Consent

Subscribing is voluntary and requires an affirmative action.

Submitting an application does not add you to the list automatically. To receive editorial communications you must tick the corresponding optional box or use the dedicated subscription form.

Boxes must not be pre-ticked.

3. Frequency

There is no guaranteed fixed frequency. Messages are sent when there is a new autopsy or content that justifies the communication.

The absence of a fixed frequency does not authorise excessive sending.

4. Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe:

Through the link included in every communication. From the unsubscribe page. By writing to hola@arielpfeffer.com.

Unsubscribing requires no explanation. It will be processed as soon as technically possible and, at the latest, within five business days.

After unsubscribing, a minimal suppression record may be kept so that the address is not added again by mistake.

5. Operational communications

Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not prevent strictly necessary messages related to:

An application already started. A conversation you requested. A proposal. A contract in force. Security or privacy.

These messages must not be used to get around a commercial unsubscribe.

6. Technical tracking

The email provider may record delivery, bounces, opens or clicks in order to operate and improve the system. Where those functions are not used, they must not be declared or switched on unnecessarily.

The information is not sold or shared for independent third-party advertising.

7. Forwarding

If you forward an email, avoid sharing other people's personal information without their permission.
